~ EAST INSIDE ~ HEALING ARTS WEEKENDS ~

Join us for two weekends of art and healing in spring, where we explore body-mind practices through the lens of rich East Asian tradition. 

Together we create an experience to gain a deeper understanding of the transformative power of art. Come and immerse yourself in the beauty of East Asian art and culture, and discover the healing effects of traditional healing practices in Western interpretation.

~ INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION ~

This course is an invitation to explore how cultivating mindfulness can help us find calm and peace in the midst of our stressful lives and open a door to a different way of being and acting in the world with more joy, wisdom, and compassion.We will learn and practice together in the intimacy and safety of a small group facilitated by David Dominguez (@seruel) over the course of four weekly 1-hour sessions and a half-day retreat.

No prior experience required.

This course is offered for FREE. Your full presence is the most valuable contribution. You will have the opportunity to make a voluntary donation to help cover the costs at the end of the course.

Join us if you participate in the wellness industry and are aiming to look more deeply and critically into the various practices, to find ways to reduce harm and gain more awareness about the complex histories and contexts of wellness practices in an inclusive setting.

During thismeeting, we will continue our conversation on Who is Wellness For? by Fariha Róisín and also discuss Care Manual by Kamra Sadia Hakim. SIgn up here.

ONLINE-WORKSHOP BY SELF LOVE TRIBUTE

Workshop on radical care, community & collective imagination. In this workshop hosted by Elia from Self Love Tribute we will explore what care, community and belonging mean to us. You will be lead into a hypno-poetic trance during which we will connect to our needs around belonging, care and community. This trance was created as a portal through which people who experience disconnection from their body, others & their environment, can step into a healing, imaginative space unburdened by the outside world's many violences. To reimagine what true belonging, radical care and soft space holding in community can look like, smell like, sound like, feel like.Imagination & fantasy work is absolutely paramount to liberation. Deep down we know that the liberation we are fighting for - the personal & collective - has its spark in our hearts, spirits and souls first and foremost. By imagining new, alternative realities, we get to make them real, slowly but surely.

Are you seeking more well-being, cohesion and integrity in your personal and professional life? Do you need more clarity and direction in certain areas?

Join Julika Lomas from Design Therapy in this online workshop where she brings together the methods of systemic coaching and design thinking, guiding you through finding solutions to your present challenges around work & personal life.

You will be able to scope the issue you would like to tackle, start inventing a desirable future, and find a solution to get there. Each session contributes to increasing your satisfaction with that area of life, and gets you closer to living your preferred version of it - while also proofing against unfavourable scenarios.

This introduction workshop is a 60-minute online session to introduce you to the method and define the problem you want to work on. This workshop is suitable both for individuals and couples. This can be followed by a 75-minute topic-specific follow up session to tackle your specific problem and find creative solutions (dates will follow).
